Tookstock

AI powered inventory + purchasing

00

Overview

This next-gen successor to the original Tookstock product was designed to solve the biggest inventory pain points small businesses face: clunky forms, manual data entry, and endless ecommerce site visits just to keep inventory in check. The product grew out of a desire to replace all of that friction with something simple, and intuitive.

AI takes on the heavy lifting of pulling in product data from photos or URLs, permissions give owners confidence that their team has the right level of access, and purchasing flows are streamlined into one universal shopping cart. When products are running low, users can reorder from any vendor in just a few clicks.

Our aim was to reduce cognitive load, surface what matters at the right time, and make inventory management feel less like a chore and more like an automated system that just needs occasional supervision.

More information about the beginnings of the Tookstock product can be found under the "Tookstock: Inventory Tracking Mobile App" Project.
